You're warmly invited to an evening of presence, play, and embodied relating.
Through movement, breath, and interactive games, we’ll create a space where curiosity and expression have space to unfold. This is a trauma-informed, consent-based container where we'll move at an intentional pace. You’ll be invited to tune into your own rhythms and boundaries, allowing your nervous system to settle and your masks to gently melt into authentic beingness.
Expect a blend of self-awareness and shared experience: slowing down, attuning to sensation, engaging in mindful touch (such as hugging and supportive holding), and exploring new ways of being with yourself and others.
The Flow
Grounding breath & self-embodiment: Time to slow down and arrive in your body.
Authentic relating games: Playful, presence-based invitations into relational connection.
Movement & music: Follow your intuition through embodied exploration.
Partner & group practices: Expand the container of your inner and outer experience through meaningful interaction.
This space isn’t about performing or pleasing. It’s a relational playground where you’re free to follow what’s true for you. Together, we’ll practice clear boundaries, honest expression, and ways of meeting each other that feel nourishing.
