Sound Healing w/ Samer Ghadry

Music and sound are at the heart of human experience. For millennia we have used music to uplift the spirit, aid in healing processes, lighten depression, ease suffering, and elevate consciousness. Combined with your own personal practice, sound meditation can serve as a vital endeavor toward growth and positive transformation. Overtone-rich instruments guide us into a space of stillness and rejuvenation in this hour-long sound journey and meditation practice.

About Our Facilitator

Samer Ghadry is an accomplished musician and sound practitioner based in Brooklyn, NY. He draws from improvisation, the language of percussion, chanting, and several years of continuous research and study into the history and approaches of sound therapy in order to craft psychedelic soundscape ceremonies for deep relaxation and inner peace.

His gong playing can be heard in the recent Academy Award winning film Everything Everywhere All At Once, and on Alanis Morisette's recent album The Storm Before The Calm.
