Embodied Connection: A Men's Retreat March 2027
March 11–14, 2027
The Forest Haven | Saugerties, NY
Something beautiful happened when we gathered in person this past October.
After years of connecting through screens, we finally had the opportunity to share physical space. To embrace, play, move, rest, challenge ourselves, and experience the kind of connection that becomes possible when we're together in our bodies.
The depth of intimacy, vulnerability, laughter, and belonging that emerged was something we wanted more of.
And so, we're gathering again.
This March, we're inviting the men who joined us in October, along with those from our previous Embodied Masculinity cohorts, to come together for another four days of embodied connection.
For those returning, this is an opportunity to deepen the relationships we've begun building in person, reconnect with familiar bodies, and explore what's possible when we continue showing up together.
For those joining us for the first time, you're stepping into a community that has been growing and supporting one another for years. You already know something of the depth and care that exists between us. Now we get to experience it together, in person.
This isn't about recreating what happened last time. It's about discovering what wants to emerge next.
What We'll Do Together
This is four days of embodied connection. Structured enough to go deep and feel contained, spacious enough to let things emerge.
Expect breath and movement practices, authentic relating conversations, circle shares, embodied rituals, and unhurried time for holding and being held. Hot tub hangouts, evenings by the fire, and long slow mornings together.
Each day will move through morning embodiment, shared group activity, a catered lunch, afternoon rest and time in nature, embodied connection practices, and evenings gathered around the fire with movement and group holding.
All meals are provided and will be gluten free: team-cooked breakfasts, catered lunches and dinners.
Held By
This retreat will be held by Steven Rasovsky & Zach Kalatsky, who have been facilitating and supporting the Embodied Masculinity community throughout the journey online and in person. Together, they’ll be holding the structure of the weekend while creating space for what wants to emerge in the moment.
About The Property
The Forest Haven sits on 53 acres of private forest in the Hudson Valley. It is a place where things naturally begin to slow down. Surrounded by trees, mountain air, and open sky, there is a sense of freedom and expansiveness here, alongside the quiet safety that comes from being tucked away from the noise of the world.
The Round House sits at the center of the land. It’s a circular home filled with natural light and views of the forest in every direction. Heated floors, a wood stove, and a hot tub under the open sky create spaces to warm, soften, and settle in together.
The land itself is part of the experience. Walking the short trails, sitting with the trees, drinking the fresh water, or simply feeling the quiet that naturally lives here.
This is a place that invites presence. A place where nothing needs to be performed, and yet something in the body often begins to open.
For those who joined us in October, the land may already feel familiar. For those arriving for the first time, we look forward to welcoming you into this special place.
